How much is postage and packing for a portrait?
If the portrait is A4 and being sent within the UK & NI then postage and packing will cost £10. If the portrait is being sent outside of the UK then cost will be on a case by case basis dependant on shipping costs. For more information on delivery please read our terms and conditions.How is the portrait sent?
The portrait is sent flat in a waterproof sleeve and reinforced package to try to ensure that no damage occurs during transit. Please refer to the terms and condition for more information on delivery procedures.What paper is used for the portrait?
We use a fine grain, heavy weight and acid free paper. It is important that the paper is acid free as this greatly reduces the discolouration of the paper over time due to exposure to light.How do I care for my portrait once I have received it?
Some tips on how to care for your portrait are: • Keep it packaged while you wait to have it framed. • When handling the portrait do not touch the area with pencil as this can smudge with excessive handling and your fingers may introduce foreign substances. • When hanging the portrait choose somewhere that is not in direct sunlight or subject to high humidity. • Have a look on the internet for more detailed tips.
